BLUFFTON, SC - APRIL 1st 2017
Leo Vannoni was 7 years old and had just started second grade at Bluffton Elementary School when he was diagnosed with leukemia in 2012. After a long, strong fight, Leo lost his battle to this disease in February of 2014.
Leo’s Legacy was created to give back to the community by raising funds for scholarships to Beaufort County graduating seniors, as well as for youth recreational sports scholarships. In 2014, we were able to give over $6,000 in scholarships and donations to three graduating seniors, MUSC, Bluffton Youth Sports, Foundation for Educational Excellence, Low Country Autism Foundation, Maranatha Farm, and others.
This year's sponsors and bands are jumping right in to help! And we can't thank them enough for their support this year for our Fun Family Festival and 5K. Thanks to all our volunteers too!!
